对于2021“一带通盘”后生体育考虑周的见知

为加强与“一带通盘”沿线国度和地区的体育交发配合，省体育局、省外办、省耕作厅定于2021年10月-11月举办“海外后生须眉3X3篮球”、“海外青少年定向越野教诲营”、“青少年户外通顺挑战赛”。

To strengthen our sports exchange and cooperation with the countries along the “Belt and Road”， Jiangsu Sports Bureau， Foreign Affairs Office and Education Department will hold “International Young Males 3X3 Basketball Invitational Tournament”， “International Youngsters Orienteering Training Camp” and “Youngsters Outdoor Challenge” in October and November 2021.

参赛条目

II. Requirements

在江苏使命或学习的“一带通盘”沿线国度和地区后生（14天内未到过中高风险地区，同期未与来自境外和境内中高风险地区的东谈主员构兵）。

1. Youngsters from countries or regions along the “Belt and Road” who work or study in Jiangsu (didn’t go to middle-high risk areas and didn’t contact with people from domestic and foreign  middle-high risk areas areas within 14 days).

报名时须提供本东谈主护照、身份证扫描件，（护照有用期需在2021年11月30日前）参赛报到时需佩戴护照、身份证原件及复印件，身份信息需与所填写的信息相符。

2. In the application， scanned copies of personal passport and ID card must be provided (the expiration date of the passport must be before November 30， 2021). During the registration， copies of passport and ID card and the original ones must be brought with you. The information you fill in must be in accord with your identity information.

年纪：18-35岁，即1986年1月1日至2003年12月31日之间出身。

3. Age: 18-35 (People who are born between January 1 in 1986 and December 31 in 2003).

通顺员必须具备插足竞赛举止的才气(包括躯壳、技艺和对天气等的适合才气)，参赛队和个东谈主对我方的安全负全部职守。以下疾病患者不宜报名参赛：先天性腹黑病和风湿性腹黑病患者，高血压和脑血管疾病患者，心肌炎和其它腹黑病患者，冠状动脉病患者和严重点率不皆者，糖尿病患者，其他不符合通顺的疾病患者，扫数参赛选手报到时须签署免责声明。

4. Players must have the ability to participate in the matches (including the ability in terms of body， techniques and the adaptability to weathers). The teams and individuals bear the responsibility for their own safety. The following people are not suitable to participate in the matches: people who suffer from congenital heart disease， rheumatic heart disease， hypertension， cerebrovascular disease， myocarditis and other heart diseases， coronary artery disease， serious arrhythmia， diabetes and other diseases that prevent them from matches. Every player must sign the disclaimer during the registration.

III. How to apply

请于2021年10月17日下昼4点前按条目填写报名表（附件1）并将报名表发送至zhanghanxin1280@163.com。请防御报名表分为3个细表，请仔细查对报名花式后填写无缺。

Please complete the application form (annex 1) as requested and send it to zhanghanxin1280@163.com before 4:00 P.M. on October 17， 2021. Please note that the application form is divided into 3 forms for 3 different matches. Please check carefully before completing the form.
